These words contain a lot of context, however in my practice;
Trace and action can be linked to my interest in the actions of artistic process.
It is not the trace of everyday life, but the trace of artistic intention.
Trace as objectification of time and process.
It is the action of creation that i consider a subject of enquiry.
The reality of these terms in my practice is in the materials used in my process. Sometimes this connection is obvious, the objects mostly unchanged or more literal, but often the link is based more contextually.
These terms seem more embedded in the objects chosen and used.
If I am honest I am unsure if they are a focus. Due to their fact in the works, maybe they should be researched?
This one, even though short, remains in the undecided column.
